DIAMONDS Empowerment provides the perfect avenue for Luminous Leading Ladies to meet, have girl talk and inspire one another. 

Our mentees will be empowered by mentorship, attend conferences and workshops that inspire and introduce them to their potential. Empowerment for young ladies means a lifelong change in their perspectives, their reach, and their realization of who they are and what they can and will accomplish.

The meetings/workshops will help in:

Building mentee-to-mentor relationship

Both the mentors and the mentees will spend a good amount of time getting to know each other and building their relationship. They will get to talk about their interests and backgrounds and their hobbies. Thus, helping to build trust between them.
