The mission of Luminous Leading Ladies is to educate, inspire, and empower young ladies to find their power, understand their purpose, and utilize their voice. We will motivate these ladies while surrounding them with a positive and supportive environment. Our enriching activities will include, but are not limited to: mentoring, self-identification, leadership training, service to others, character development, resume writing, financial literacy and decision-making skills.

Goals

Luminous Leading Ladies Mentoring Program seeks to uncover potential in young teenagers to ladies in their early twenties. LLL aims to positively impact the young ladies’ overall development and help them stand out among their peers. Through this mentorship program, young ladies will be able to create their own roadmap and realise why they should keep going until they achieve all of their dreams and aspirations.
