Janique Nicole Robinson is the visionary founder of Luminous Leading Ladies, an organization dedicated to empowering young women through mentorship and community support. Growing up in Chicago’s Burnside neighborhood, Janique was profoundly influenced by the values of responsibility, empathy, and community, instilled in her by her mother—a constant source of strength and inspiration. These early lessons, paired with her academic achievements, including a BA and a Master’s degree, have fueled her passion for creating opportunities where young women can thrive.

Driven by a deep belief that every young woman deserves the chance to realize her worth and potential, Janique founded Luminous Leading Ladies to provide the mentorship, resources, and support that can guide them on their journey to success. Her philosophy of “Heart Work”—the conviction that true impact stems from genuine, heartfelt efforts to uplift others—has been the cornerstone of her mission.

Under Janique’s leadership, Luminous Leading Ladies has grown into more than just a mentoring program; it is a transformative movement.
