DIAMONDS PROGRAMS

Luminous Leading Ladies offers programs and support that young ladies need to enrich their lives and achieve their educational and career goals. We conduct conferences, workshops, and meetings led by our team that provide insight on empowerment for our mentees through relationship and trust building and various skills such as communications, interpersonal relationships, decision making, and critical thinking, resume writing, and financial literacy. We invite external visitors from various careers to inform, educate, and enlighten our young ladies on career opportunities and the requirements needed to successfully transition into a high-powered career. We provide scholarships that focus on providing economic support to mentees, care packages and opportunities for our mentees to give back to the community as volunteers.
