Vision

Inline with our name and emblem of a diamond and a pearl, Luminous Leading Ladies is poised to help young ladies shine, glow, and sparkle. It seeks to:

  • Help young ladies succeed and be confident in who they are and where they’re going irrespective of their current abilities and backgrounds
  • Give young ladies the feeling of having big sisters or another big sisters, a place to be unapologetically themselves and to have a trustworthy confidant as they navigate through their daily woes of life
  • Spur young ladies into discovering their purpose, their why, and their innate leadership abilities.

Model

Luminous Leading Ladies’ model is woven around teamwork, collaboration, interpersonal relationships, skill-building, and community development. We mentor young ladies in the age range of 14-20 years old; who we intend to nurture into responsible, confident and successful achievers. The mentees then participate in programs and activities designed to help them thrive and succeed as leaders.
